In the very rare case that there is an issue with the printing on your product or any kind of manufacturing defect, we will either refund or quickly replace your item(s), whichever you prefer. Please email a photo of your item(s) to speed up the process.
Please note: all replacement/refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Since we print all of our products on demand and do not hold an inventory like larger companies are able to do, we cannot accept returns for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong size or color. However, if you did order the wrong item, please let us know and we will work with you to get you the correct item at a deeply discounted cost. We know that everyone makes mistakes sometimes and will do our absolute best to make you happy, as always.
